Training Plan: A training plan is drawn up by each department, identifying training needs of the individual-employees, keeping in view the business requirement and the potential of the individual. This is drawn on yearly basis with specific schedule month wise. Training Section of HR Dept. helps and coordinates in imparting the relevant training, as planned, in the best manner. |
